How to reduce lag (Skyrim for Intel GMA X3100)

STEP 1: DOWNLOAD AND USE IT
download the file, replace it with the 'skyrimprefs.ini' file. change some file a bit.

okay, since my goal is to make tutorials for GIRL, here's the steps:

1) Download the file which Benjaminiser had given in his video (under description part)
2) Extract the file or just open it (if you have winRAR)
3) Simply copy and replace the file given into yours, or just copy the content of it.

the file is 'skyrimprefs.ini', copy the file

go to > document > my games > skyrim

replace the existing 'skyrimprefs.ini' file in that folder with the one that you had just copied.

This file will change your game resolution into either 512x384 or 640x400 (based on which folder you just copied the file from). If you use the Skyrim Launcher and change the resolution from there, the game will take a moment to scan for the optimum performance for your laptop, and hence will change the skyrimprefs.ini file again. So, this is where you need to tweak a little.

In the file that you had replaced, search for these two words (under the display section) 

iSize H=400

iSize W=640

change it with your preferred resolution. H stands for height and W stands for your weight. uhm.. wide.

but basically smaller resolution gives you better performance (improve the frames per second shit, i guess).

bGamepadEnable=1 change to bGamepadEnable=0

for mouse lag, add bMouseAcceleration=0 (under [Controls] section, the last line)

STEP 2: THE SOFTWARE VERTEX SHIT
I know nothing about this, but basically you can download the Intel Display Adapter Management Tool.

 click on the vertex processing blah blah blah

click on the add executable, choose the .exe file of your game, then click on change vertex processing mode

STEP 3: DURING THE GAME (INSIDE OR OUTSIDE)
press ~ then type TLL, and press enter.

you can also type in some cheat codes to get 1million golds, but I want to earn them in a hard way... unless I'm playing The Sims 3.

download GameBooster. Click on it when you want to play game. It will close any running program for maximum performance during gaming


STEP 4: ENJOY THE GAME!
